Property preservation
Property preservation is the work required to ensure buildings — usually older and often listed — are maintained well and repaired appropriately. We are highly experienced in this work.

- Resin floors to smooth or level existing floors ready for tiling
- Weather shielding brick, stone, mortar, render and masonry with a breathable, water-resistant masonry cream
- Tanking, to create a barrier that physically holds back water ingress
